We will attempt to deliver your order again on the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before cancelling your order.

The delivery timeline is indicated on the product page under the name of the seller. It is in business days, thus, it does not take into account weekend days and public holidays.

If your order is under pre-shipped status and your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button

    • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you may be able to return your product
